The Radiology Nurse Manager is accountable for the oversight, direction and management of nursing care and the radiology nurses within the Department of Diagnostic Imaging Services. This position collaborates with all care givers and leadership internal and external to Radiology to ensure a patient centered approach, quality care and safety. The Radiology Nurse Manager is a member of both the Diagnostic Radiology Executive Committee and DI Senior Management Team within the department and plays a key role in the overall clinical care and operations. This position is a key leadership role for the department of Diagnostic Imaging.

BSN Required from an Commission of Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) accredited program, Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (CNEA)
Strong communication skills, teamwork (demonstrated ability to build team and integrate existing teams), and experience in complex organization environments.
Must be an independently self directed, self-motivated team player. Minimum of 5 years nursing experience within a hospital setting.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a leadership role within the nursing field.
This position may be involved in benefits matters, medical treatment matters, or other matters that fall under the confidentiality requirements of HIPAA. Every staff member serving in these roles must participate in the required HIPAA training, and follow all regulator requirements regarding protected health information (PHI). Must have extensive knowledge of EPIC.

ACLS Certification
Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
Current BLS/CPR Healthcare Provider Card.

Salary Range: $114,233.60 - $194,188.80 per year (Commensurate with qualifications, experience and internal equity)
