The TTP Specialty Fellowship program is designed for RN's with 2 or more years of experience AND the Residency program is for nursing students or RNs with less than 2 years experience.

Minimum requirements for all Nurses:
Department Specific Requirements:
BLS, ACLS and PALS must not expire during the TTP Program.
A minimum score of 11/18 on OHSU Nurse Interview Evaluation Tool.
TTP Specialty Fellowship Program:
2-years of current nursing experience in adult acute care, adult intermediate care, adult perianesthesia care unit, or emergency department observation.
Current ACLS and PALS certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) or Military Training Network branch of AHA by the start date.
Transition to Practice (TTP) Program Individualized Orientation Schedule of 12-20 weeks:
Transition to hired shift may be delayed for a temporary reassignment due to individual development needs and skill mix of the employees on the unit or the hires shift at any given time.
Pay Range: $49.16-$78.18 per hour, based on education and experience
