PANDA staff are expected to be able to be of useful assistance in lifting patients and equipment into an ambulance, fixed wing or helicopter. Heavy carries are typically less than 10 feet. Sitting may be crouched, cramped, or otherwise out of position. Must be able to step-up two-feet to board helicopter.
Must be able to travel in planes, helicopters and ambulance. Employee will be exposed to all types of weather. When loading and unloading there can be exhaust fumes. Good hearing and vision is required. (Hearing aids and corrective lenses are acceptable).

The PED is responsible for assessing patient needs, planning and coordinating interventions and consultations.
